## 1. Who we are

Xtrafriq Tech Consult is a Product Management & Technology Consulting Company. We help organisations turn operational needs into digital products and technology systems that can be run, governed and grown.

Our commercial identity is Product Management-Led Technology Delivery. Product strategy and project leadership sit at the centre of every engagement. Engineering, security, cloud and team enablement are how that strategy becomes a working system.

We are based in Accra, Ghana, and deliver remotely worldwide. Clients include public-sector and regulated operators, development partners, enterprises and growth organisations. The work we publish is shipped delivery—nationwide platforms, programme systems and production applications—not concept decks.

## 2. How we think about delivery

### Mission

To help African organisations and startups transform ideas into production-ready digital products by combining product-led strategy, engineering excellence and local capacity building.

### Vision

To be a trusted partner for technology transformation—delivering scalable, secure and inclusive digital systems that organisations can operate with confidence.

### Product Management-Led Technology Delivery

Many technology engagements start with a feature list or a vendor stack. We start with the operating problem: who must use the system, what decisions it must support, and what “done” means in production. Roadmaps, OKRs and delivery cadence then keep engineering aligned to that outcome.

This is why product and project management are not add-on services. They are the method. Strategy without delivery leaves organisations with documents. Delivery without product leadership leaves organisations with software they cannot run or grow.

**Product portfolio.** We identify gaps, validate quickly and build scalable solutions of our own. Shipping products keeps the company sharp on user experience, engineering, reliability and growth—experience we bring into client work.

**Client services.** Product strategy, delivery leadership, engineering and enablement, designed to help teams ship with quality and to leave behind systems that operations can own.

These two engines share one standard: execution rigour. Approaches are proven in real products, then applied to client programmes with the same discipline around scope, quality gates and handover.

## 3. What we deliver

Service lines can be instructed individually or as a single programme. Most institutional work combines product leadership with one or more build, security or enablement lines.

### Product Strategy & Leadership

Discovery, roadmaps, OKRs and execution leadership that turn ideas into scalable products. Organisations leave with clarity on what to build and why, a measurable roadmap, and a cadence that keeps teams shipping with quality.

### Project Management (Technology + AI)

End-to-end project leadership for software and non-software work. Scope, milestones, risk, dependencies and reporting—supported by tooling, automation and AI-assisted workflows where they improve speed, cost and predictability.

Typical project types include operations and logistics programmes, education and training systems, digital transformation and tool rollout, marketing and growth initiatives, and infrastructure support workflows where technology improves coordination.

### Enterprise & Government Platforms

National-scale and operational platforms for transport, logistics, finance and administration. Requirements are taken from operational stakeholders; systems are designed for reliability, role-based access, auditability and reporting.

### Mobile & Web App Development

Production-ready applications with product-led UX, performance and maintainable architecture. Delivery covers responsive web, mobile experiences, component systems, accessibility, SEO fundamentals and release workflows.

### Cybersecurity & Risk Management

Threat modelling, secure SDLC, access control and data-protection recommendations. The intent is to introduce the right controls early so organisations can ship without accumulating hidden risk that becomes expensive later.

### Cloud Architecture & Reliability

Cloud foundations that are scalable, resilient and cost-aware. Work includes architecture review, scaling strategy, observability, deployment hygiene and reliability practices so products stay available as traffic and features grow.

### Agile Delivery & Team Enablement

Sprint rituals, backlog hygiene, definition of done, QA gates, release planning and GitHub workflows. The outcome is a team that ships faster without trading away quality or predictability.

### How an engagement typically runs

1. Discovery with operational and executive stakeholders—problem, constraints, success measures.
2. A delivery plan with scope, milestones, risks and governance that a counterpart can approve.
3. Iterative build or programme execution with QA gates and visible progress reporting.
4. Handover: documentation, operating routines and enablement so the organisation can run what was built.

## 4. Selected delivery

### iSTC Ghana — Integrated Transport System

Xtrafriq led the full product lifecycle for a nationwide transport platform covering passenger booking, fleet management, terminal operations and finance dashboards. The work sat in a high-stakes operational environment: reliability, scale and visibility for a national operator.

- Product strategy, enterprise platform delivery and government-facing operations

### GIZ — Digital Skills Programme

- 200+ participants trained
- Curriculum adopted by local partners
- Capacity building, training and development delivery

### KTZ — Astrology application, ideation to launch

Full-cycle product management from ideation to App Store launch. Xtrafriq led roadmap development, UX collaboration and sprint execution across iOS and Android. The product is part of the company’s own portfolio as well as a demonstration of consumer-scale delivery.

- 30K+ installs achieved
- 95% user satisfaction reported on the engagement
- Mobile app, consumer product and growth execution

### MyAfriqueMart & FarmerTorks — E-commerce and marketplace platforms

We built e-commerce platforms from scratch, leading cross-functional teams through the complete product lifecycle from concept to launch. The work included multi-vendor support and marketplace operations suited to African commerce contexts, including agriculture-facing catalogue and vendor flows.

## 6. Why organisations instruct us

**Production, not prototypes.** Case work is operational: booking networks, consignment, freight, marketplaces and programme systems. We specialise in translating real-world operating needs into scalable digital solutions, including in regulated environments.

**One method across strategy and build.** Product leadership, project management and engineering are offered as a coherent delivery system. Counterparties deal with a consulting company that can own the outcome, not a loosely coupled set of contractors.

**Accra base, worldwide delivery.** Presence in Ghana with remote delivery for international counterparts. English-language engagement, reporting and documentation. Hybrid working where on-site workshops and stakeholder sessions are required.

**Capacity, not only code.** Through programme work such as the GIZ digital skills engagement, and through training 200+ African entrepreneurs in digital growth strategies, we treat enablement as part of delivery. Systems last when teams can run them.

**Quality gates.** Structured sprint planning, definition of done and QA gates are standard. Security and cloud concerns are introduced in delivery rather than bolted on after launch.

**Community.** A portion of proceeds is donated to Blacksheep Foundation and Awisi Foundation in Ghana, supporting youth development, community programmes and education. Commercial work remains the core of this profile; giving is noted as a company practice, not a substitute for delivery evidence.
